An exhibition of artefacts was held in Bamiyan

In this exhibition and competition, artworks of painting, calligraphy, engraving, net work, minaret and Islamic decoration have been displayed.

Qari Syed Mustafa Saleh, head of information and culture of Bamyan, told Bakhtar Agency that 70 artists participated in this exhibition and more than 100 works of art were displayed.

He added that in the exhibition, valuable works of different art fields have been presented for art lovers to see.

The head of information and culture of Bamyan said that the purpose of this exhibition is to encourage and support the artists and the owners of artefacts and said that this department is planning to organize similar exhibitions on a large scale in the future.

The artists participating in the exhibition welcomed this program and called it important to organize such exhibitions and competitions for the support and promotion of art. They thanked the Department of Information and Culture of Bamyan and asked for more such programs.
