Farewell to the deceased will begin on Saturday, April 25, at 1 p.m. at the Ramybės Takas funeral home. The coffin will be taken out on Sunday at 1:15 p.m. On the same day, at 7:30 a.m., St. A holy mass for Manta will be offered in the Church of the Apostles Peter and Paul.

For the second day already, ambulances with black stripes driving through the streets of Panevėžys bear witness to the respect and pain of their colleagues – this is how they honor the paramedic who left Anapilin too early.

It is difficult to speak in the past tense

    M. Sadauskas’ colleagues speak about him with special warmth and pain. Rūta Ramoškienė, director of the Panevėžys branch of the Emergency Medical Service, did not hide her emotions.

“It is very difficult for me to speak in the past tense. Mantas is a good child, he is a member of the team. He is both competent, friendly, calm and tactful. I have never heard him raise his voice, nor ugly or disrespectful behavior. Mantas was a good worker, a good person,” said Rūta Ramoškienė, director of the GMP service’s Panevėžys branch.

Remembers a caring and always helpful person

His colleague, emergency aid specialist Kamilė, also speaks sensitively about Mantas. According to her, the deceased always found time to advise and help.

“Mantas was a wonderful person. He was extremely hardworking, intelligent, he always helped us. He took care of his children, he loved them very much. You could always ask him something, he would give you advice. He gave advice on both sports and food. He could coordinate nutrition for everyone. He was truly a wonderful person. It’s a shame,” she said.

The request of the relatives is to allow them to survive the loss in peace

At that time, the relatives of the deceased turn to the public with an important request – to give them space and peace during this difficult period.

“We understand that many want to express sympathy and support, but during this difficult period, loved ones need time to be with their pain. Please do not call or write to Manto’s parents and family at this time. Only relatives and close family friends are communicating. All kind words and support will be very important, but there will be a more appropriate time for this later, after the funeral. Thank you to everyone for your understanding, respect and humanity,” the distributed statement reads. in the record.

    Circumstances of a heinous crime

The Panevėžys District Court on Thursday allowed the arrest of his wife, 37-year-old Justina Gaigalaitė, who is suspected of the murder of paramedic Mantas Sadauskas and illegal deprivation of liberty, for two months.

The prosecution, in turn, asked to arrest her for three months.

On Thursday, 34-year-old Vilius Solkanas, suspected of murder and illegal deprivation of liberty, was also arrested for two months.

At that time, the court awarded 5 thousand to the third suspect – V. Solkan’s father. EUR deposit, which has already been paid. Suspicions have been brought against the man because of the weapon found in his homestead.

It was previously announced that the suspect is the ex-wife of the victim. The couple had been separated for the past few years, and the divorce case was pending in court. The court of first instance decided that both children of the couple must live with Manta, and he was awarded a considerable amount of money. However, Mr. Gaigalaitė appealed this decision to the court of second instance.

The woman’s lawyer Vaidotas Sviderskis told reporters in court that his client does not admit guilt, she was not at the scene of the crime.

JP wrote that M.Sadauskas, an ambulance worker, born in 1995, disappeared on Monday morning in a white Hyundai truck after going to the village of Palikui to install an ordered trampoline.

On Tuesday, a man’s body was found in a homestead in this village. It was buried, and the remains of a trampoline were also discovered.

A firearm was also found in the homestead.

According to prosecutor Donatas Skrebiškis, two of the three arrested persons have previous convictions, their convictions have not disappeared.

Individuals were convicted of driving under the influence, illegal possession of narcotic substances. According to the media, V.Solkan was tried for drunken driving, who caused an accident in Vilnius a few years ago, and J.Gaigalaitė was tried for possession of narcotic substances.

The pre-trial investigation in this case is being conducted for three criminal acts – suspected illegal deprivation of liberty, intentional murder and illegal possession of firearms.

According to preliminary data, the crime may have been committed due to personal differences.
