“Ahead with the same spirit”… a mass campaign to support green in the 2026 World Cup
Today, the Saudi Football Federation launched the public campaign, “Advance with the Same Spirit.” Coinciding with the Saudi national team’s participation in the 2026 World Cup finals.
The Federation began the campaign by releasing a video on its official platforms in which the former Saudi national team captain, Majed Abdullah, was present, showcasing an aspect of the passion that accompanies the Saudi national team in its international participation, and the constant presence of Saudi fans behind Al-Akhdar in various forums.
The campaign aims to highlight the role of the Saudi fans in supporting Al-Akhdar during his participation in the 2026 World Cup, emphasizing the influential element they represent in the national team’s journey, and an extension of a long journey of passion, support and support that has been associated with the Saudi fans in various continental and international participations.
The Saudi national team is participating in its seventh participation in the history of the World Cup, in the eighth group, which includes alongside it the teams of Uruguay, Spain and Cape Verde. It will begin its campaign against the Uruguay national team on (June 15) at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, USA. It will meet the Spain national team on (June 21) at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, and then will face the Cape Verde national team on (June 26) at NRG Stadium in Houston.
