There are new defendants in the well-known case of the Monument mansions, which is being investigated by the Anti-Corruption Committee. The source of “Hetki” informs that criminal prosecutions have been initiated against the former mayor of Yerevan Yervand Zakharyan, the head of the real estate management department of the Yerevan municipality, Gagik Mazmanyan, and the head of the architecture and urban planning department of the municipality, Arsen Lalayants.
According to our information, the series of criminal prosecutions will not end like this, moreover, new developments are expected in the mentioned proceedings, and it is not excluded that new defendants will be involved in this case.
