This anniversary recalls the memory of the joyful moments of Thursday, May 8, 2003, when the
may God have his soul in His holy mercy.
• On April 30, His Royal Highness chaired, in Rabat, the opening ceremony of the 31st edition of the International Publishing and Book Fair (SIEL), organized under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him.
• On April 13 and by order of His Majesty the King, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince inaugurated the “Mohammed VI Tower”, a new architectural icon and an emblem of modernity which symbolizes the emergence and influence of the two twin cities of Rabat and Salé, under the leadership of the Sovereign.
• On December 21, 2025, HRH the Crown Prince chaired, at the “Prince Moulay Abdellah” Stadium in Rabat, the opening ceremony of the 35th edition of the African Cup of Nations (CAN-Morocco 2025).
• On October 22 of the same year and on High Instructions from HM the King, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan presided, at the Royal Palace in Rabat, a ceremony offered by the Sovereign in honor of the members of the National Under-20 Football Team, following their coronation at the 2025 World Cup organized in Chile.
• Four days earlier, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince presided over the 2025 Rabat Grand Prix of the Longines Global Champions Tour, a prestigious competition which consolidates Morocco’s position as a key player in the international equestrian calendar.
• On September 29, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan chaired, at the Mohammed VI Exhibition Center, the opening ceremony of the sixteenth edition of the El Jadida Horse Show, which continued until October 5, the day during which HRH the Crown Prince presided, at the same Exhibition Center, the award ceremony of the Grand Prix His Majesty King Mohammed VI in show jumping, organized as part of the final of the 14th edition of the Morocco Royal Tour CSI 4*W.
• On September 4, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan proceeded, by Order of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, to the inauguration of the “Prince Moulay Abdellah” stadium in Rabat, after reconstruction work which made it possible to bring this prestigious sports infrastructure into compliance with FIFA 2030 standards.
• Furthermore, and on the orders of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, President of the Al-Quds Committee, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince received, on August 25 at the Royal Palace of Tetouan, the Maqdissi children who participated in the 16th edition of the summer camps organized by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency.
• On July 31, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan had, on the orders of HM King Mohammed VI, Supreme Leader and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), received, at the Officers’ Mess Circle of the Royal Guard in Tetouan, a message of wishes, fidelity and loyalty addressed to the Sovereign by the FAR family on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the accession of HM the King to the Throne of His Glorious Ancestors. HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, on this occasion, received the graduating class valedictorians from major military and paramilitary schools and institutes, before presiding over a lunch offered by HM the King, Supreme Leader and Chief of General Staff of the FAR in honor of the personalities invited to the swearing-in ceremony of the “Sultan Ahmed Al-Mansour Al-Dahbi” class.
• On June 4, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan chaired, on the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Leader and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, at the Royal College of Higher Military Education (CREMS) in Kenitra, the graduation ceremony for the promotions of the Higher Defense Course and the General Staff Course.
• On May 14, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, on the orders of HM King Mohammed VI, Supreme Leader and Chief of General Staff of the FAR, chaired, at the Officers’ Mess Circle in Rabat, the lunch offered by His Majesty the King, on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the creation of the FAR.
• His Royal Highness was also present alongside HM the King, Amir Al-Mouminine, on the occasion of the religious vigil in commemoration of blessed Laylat Al-Qadr and the Eid Al-Fitr prayer.
Each of the official activities of HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan thus perpetuates a long tradition which aims to initiate the Crown Prince to the exercise of responsibilities that he will be called to assume within a society which remains attached to its noble authentic values, to its plural identity and to the Glorious Alaouite Throne.
