The RE:D conference (Real Estate: Development), the leading forum for real estate investment and development in the Balkans, returns in its 2026 edition, and will be held May 13 and 14 at the Splendid hotel in Budva.
Under the slogan “Investing at Turning Point”the conference will bring together leading investors, developers, financiers, decision makers and hotel operators in order to map together the transition of Montenegro, from opportunistic growth to strategic, long-term value creation.
Building on the success of RE:D Montenegro 2025, this year’s conference comes at a turning point for the country. Foreign direct investment in Montenegro exceeded one billion euros in 2025, with almost half of it directed to real estate, while residential real estate prices in coastal destinations have increased by 30 to 40 percent in the last five years.
