The agents were carrying out preventive patrol when they received the notice.
They immediately mobilized to the scene to verify the emergency and control the situation.
During the intervention, the uniformed officers identified and isolated the teenager as a suspect in the violent act.
The commander William Callechief of Police in Manabí, confirmed that the minor confessed that he received $ 300 to commit the attack.
