Back on January 13, the capital’s police disseminated information that they were private night club identifiedwhere they could get in by paying in advance, and the locations changed each time. At the same time, photos and video reports were actively published on social networks. Then the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Directorate noted that the illegal establishment was closed, and a number of people were prosecuted for distributing pornography.

But on the night of March 29, the police a complaint was received from residents of the Tokoldosh housing estate about a house in Mendeleev. According to them, the noise at night haunts neighboring residential buildings, and there is no response to requests to stop the violations. Residents of the alley told the editors of “AKIpress Summary” that the issue of this house was also raised at a meeting of the Bishkek City Council.

The press service of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs reported that employees of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in the city of Bishkek, the tax office, employees of the Ministry of Transport Administration and the police went to the site. Then to the police department delivered 5 peopleamong whom was the mistress of the house. The police assured that a legal assessment would be given based on the results of the pre-investigation check.

However, on the night of May 3, 102 again received a call from residents of Mendeleev with a similar complaint. This time, the UPSM press service inspector Nadyrbek Zhusupov and his colleagues, as well as special forces, arrived at the address. The owner of the house and her son did not let law enforcement agencies in for a long time, trying to threaten them with the Internal Investigation Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As a result, the police managed to come in and demand that the party be stopped.

The press service of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs noted that complaints about this house were registered several times in the housing department.

According to the police, the owner of the house is citizen S.Zh., born in 1966, and she rents out the premises for various events.

A protocol was drawn up against the pensioner under Article 128 (“Disobedience to the legal requirement of an internal affairs officer”) of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, they held conversations with her demanding not to violate the law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Silence” and issued an official warning.

The materials have also been sent to the sanitary and epidemiological station and work is underway to conduct a joint inspection with subsequent adoption of measures.

At the moment, the scandalous house is sealed.
