His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, made a phone call to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the sisterly United Arab Emirates.
During the call, His Majesty the King expressed his strong denunciation and condemnation of the sinful Iranian terrorist attacks that targeted civilian sites and facilities in the sisterly United Arab Emirates, considering this a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region, and a flagrant violation of the principles of good neighborliness and international laws and conventions.
His Majesty affirmed that the security of the sisterly State of the United Arab Emirates is an integral part of the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain, reiterating the Kingdom’s full solidarity with the State of the Emirates, and its full support for all measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, stability and preserve its capabilities, based on the close historical fraternal ties that unite the two brotherly countries, expressing His Majesty his sincere wishes for a speedy recovery for those injured.
During the call, the close bilateral fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries, the strong historical ties and common destiny that bind them, were reviewed, and the latest regional and international developments were discussed.
