Gulf News | Journalists and media professionals for “Gulf News”: The King’s speech settled the national equation

A number of journalists and media figures confirmed that the speech of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, represents a turning point in consolidating national constants and affirming the unity of the ranks. They unanimously agreed that it was decisive in its content, clear in its messages, and firm in defining the features of the stage and its requirements, which reflects the leadership’s keenness to preserve the security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain and enhance the cohesion of its internal front.

With you, Your Majesty the King. The people of Bahrain are terrified in defense of the homeland and in condemnation of the traitors

Gulf News | Shura Speaker: The King’s speech translates a firm national approach to preserving sovereignty, deepening the meanings of national loyalty and popular solidarity against every traitor and accomplice with Bahrain’s enemies.

They explained that the strong national messages contained in the speech confirmed that loyalty to the homeland is measured by responsible positions and practical commitment, and that the current stage does not tolerate any hesitation or gray positions, but rather requires sincere national alignment that puts the best interest of the homeland above all else.

They pointed out that the speech stressed the centrality of national unity as a basic line of defense in facing various challenges, and the importance of consolidating national constants and rallying around the leadership, in a way that enhances the state’s ability to protect its gains and preserve its sovereignty.

They also pointed out that what concerns the performance of some legislators in the legislative institution comes within the framework of public national responsibility, which requires the highest levels of awareness and commitment to constants, stressing that any positions or efforts that are not consistent with the national interest are met with the necessity of a serious review that preserves the cohesion of the national ranks and does not weaken the unity of the general position.

At the beginning, journalist Yasmine Al-Aqeedat confirmed that His Majesty the King’s speech represents a clear road map for consolidating the principles of national loyalty and strengthening unity in the face of any challenges, stressing that the decisive messages it contains reflect the leadership’s keenness to protect the nation’s gains and preserve its stability.

She explained that the current stage requires high national cohesion, and that responsibility is not limited to one party or another, but rather includes everyone, especially the legislative authority, which has a pivotal role in consolidating national constants and working in a way that serves the country’s interest, regardless of any other considerations.

It affirmed its categorical rejection of any practices or positions that might be understood as a violation of national loyalty, even if they were issued from within legislative institutions, stressing that the unity of the national ranks represents the first line of defense, and that any attempt to undermine it is considered completely unacceptable because of its negative repercussions on the stability and cohesion of the nation.

For her part, journalist Zahraa Habib confirmed that His Majesty the King’s speech to the media came decisive and categorical, at a time when decisiveness was a national necessity that could not be postponed, pointing out that the interest of the nation remains above all personal interests, and at the decisive moments we need a speech that addresses the minds before the emotions, and puts things in the right perspective.

She added that the House of Representatives was created to serve the people, not to achieve narrow interests or settle scores, and all positions must be based on a fixed principle that the nation is above everyone, and above every consideration, stressing that some positions cannot tolerate hesitation, but rather require strict and irreversible decisions, in order to preserve this land and preserve its security and stability.

She explained that the sinful Iranian aggression revealed what was hidden, and showed the extent of the threat that targeted Bahrain’s security and stability, without distinction between large or small, in a scene that was not devoid of audacity in justifying aggressive actions, pointing out that what is more dangerous than that is for someone to emerge from within repeating the same misleading rhetoric, forgetting that whoever attacked only attacked his own land, destabilized the security of his community, and terrorized his children.

She explained that while the state was facing external challenges and working to secure a decent and safe life for its children, its brave men were ensuring the protection of the earth and the sky, but the harshest blow came from within, from where it was not expected.

She confirmed that His Majesty the King’s speech came to clearly diagnose this wound and lay down a road map for treatment, which may sometimes require strict measures, similar to amputating the affected part in order to preserve the safety of the entire body.

On the same level, journalist Mohammed Bahr confirmed that the speech of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the country’s great king, represents a firm national stance that reflects the leadership’s keenness to protect Bahrain’s security and stability in the face of all challenges. He stressed that what was revealed by recent events proves that pivotal moments reveal the character of individuals and distinguish between those who loyally stand by their country and those who choose the path of betrayal and collusion with their enemies.

He added that His Majesty’s speech was clear in affirming that Bahrain’s sovereignty is not subject to compromise, and that foreign interference is rejected in all its forms, noting that national unity is the most powerful weapon in confronting such challenges. He said: The people’s rally around his leadership reflects a deep awareness of the seriousness of the stage, and an awareness that protecting the homeland is a collective responsibility that cannot be tolerated.

He explained that the messages included in His Majesty the King’s speech stress the importance of protecting national institutions, especially the legislative institution, from any practices that undermine citizens’ confidence or harm their national role. He also stressed that fair accountability for anyone proven to be involved in harming the homeland represents a necessity to protect society and promote stability.

For his part, journalist Bassam Al-Badawi confirmed that His Majesty the King’s statements to the media came as a victory for the people of goodness, and in fulfillment of his continuous demands to eradicate everything that disturbs his safe and reassuring life, sincerely expressing his rejection of all forms of behavior that threaten his security and stability.

Al-Badawi explained that His Majesty’s speech to the media was characterized by categorical firmness, reflecting the nature of the current stage, as it came in clear and strong language in view of the danger of the shameful positions outside the national consensus, which were represented in some forms of betrayal and identification with the agenda of aggression.

He added that the message was as clear as the sun, stating that there is no place among the people of the country for those who betrayed their responsibility towards their homeland and its people, stressing that the people of Bahrain do not accept alignment with those who glorified the sinful Iranian aggression that endangered the security and stability of the homeland.

On the same level, journalist Yahya Al-Omari confirmed that the lofty speech delivered by His Majesty constituted a firm national position that does not accept interpretation, as it was clear in its tone, frank in its contents, and expressed a categorical rejection of everything that would undermine the security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Al-Omari explained that the lofty speech reflected the extent of official and popular dissatisfaction with some irresponsible and negligent practices and statements, especially those issued by parties that sought to justify treason or mitigate the seriousness of actions against which legal rulings were issued, which is inconsistent with the principles of justice and the rule of law, and constitutes a direct violation of the nation’s constants.

He added that the current stage requires clarity in positions and sincere national alignment, far from any gray proposal or attempts to circumvent the facts, stressing that the nation can only tolerate in such circumstances responsible positions that side with it, preserve its security, and safeguard its gains.

On the same level, Saud Al-Jowder, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahraini Journalists Association, confirmed that His Majesty the King is a symbol of pardon and tolerance, and he has protected the Bahraini citizen with a tolerant and merciful heart, but the security of the homeland and the sovereignty of the state remain red lines in which there is no room for neutrality or complacency.

Al-Jowder explained that Bahrain’s security and sovereignty represent a firm principle that does not accept discussion, stressing that he stands steadfastly behind His Majesty the King, considering that any infringement on the state’s sovereignty or attempt to overlook it in crucial decisions is a direct undermining of the foundations of its protection, pointing out that anyone who sympathizes with those whose nationalities were withdrawn due to foreign connections or betrayal of the homeland places himself outside the national ranks.

He added that sovereign decisions cannot be divided or compromised, stressing that the national position must be clear and frank in supporting the leadership, Bahrain’s security, and its full sovereignty.

He pointed out that what was issued by some legislators in the Legislative Council, who are supposed to be more concerned about the nation, its security, and its sovereignty, was surprising and unacceptable, stressing that the nation has room for everyone who rally around its leadership and maintain its security and stability, and that everyone is responsible for protecting and defending this nation, and there is no room for neutrality in it.

He stated that crises reveal positions, reveal true qualities, and prove those who stand steadfastly with their homeland, considering that this stage requires clarity in the position and sincere bias towards the homeland.

For his part, journalist Khaled Al-Aoun confirmed that the speech of His Majesty the King clearly delineated the limits of the national position that does not accept interpretation, when it placed the sovereignty and unity of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the forefront of priorities that rise above all considerations.

He pointed out that the speech came to resolve any hesitation in understanding the nature of the stage, and to confirm that sincere loyalty to the Kingdom of Bahrain is measured by responsible action and a clear position, not by slogans or gray positions.

He stated that any violation of the nation’s constants or deviation from the requirements of the national secretariat, including what may come from within the legislative authority, represents a dangerous transgression that requires a firm stance that preserves the state’s prestige and safeguards its security.

He added that this stage requires advanced national awareness that rises above narrow calculations and strengthens internal cohesion as the first line of defense, stressing that the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the unity of its people and responsible understanding, is capable of protecting its gains and consolidating its stability with confidence and stability.
