A tribute to the 95th birthday of the first Cuban actress Verónica Lynn, National Theater and Television Award winner, will take place at the Chaplin Cinema with the premiere of the documentary Many Sundays for Veronica. The 44-minute audiovisual was directed by Pedro Maytín and has a script by Norge Espinosa and Maytín.
“From the 1950s to today, Verónica Lynn has illuminated stages and screens with her dedication and her art,” highlights the press release for the event, which also points out that the documentary aims to be “a living portrait” of the artist. “Verónica as a legacy and as a future, always willing to embody a new character.”
