The National Public Education Administration (ANEP) will open a job call to fill Grade 2 administrative vacancies in Montevideo. The profile sought corresponds to Ladder “C”, with tasks focused on document management, customer service and operational support in the different departments of the educational organization.
Exclusive Requirements
Applicants must meet a series of mandatory conditions for the court to evaluate their application. Required documentation includes:
- Have passed the Baccalaureate (Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent at UTU) without prior subjects.
- Prove residence in the department of Montevideo or in surrounding areas (at a distance of no more than 50 kilometers). This is verified by invoices from UTE, OSE, ANTEL or a certificate issued by the police section.
- Present original and copy of the current Identity Card.
- Present the original and copy of the Civic Credential, along with proof of voting from the mandatory national elections of 2024.
- Have the certificate of Oath of Fidelity to the Flag.
- Not appear in the National Registry of Rapists and Sexual Abusers.
- Not having suffered previous dismissals in the Public Administration.

- Remuneration: The nominal salary for this grade is around $45,000, subject to salary adjustments corresponding to the public sector.
Deadlines and how to apply
The selection process consists of two mandatory stages, one virtual and one in-person, which applicants must complete in a timely manner:
- Web registration: The application period runs from Friday the 8th to Friday the 22nd of May 2026. The process is carried out exclusively through the official page of calls and competitions of ANEP.
- Documentation delivery: Those who register on the website must present the printed registration certificate along with all supporting documentation in person.
- Place and date: The reception of documents will take place in the Codicen Building (Avenida Libertador 1409, mezzanine, room C), from Monday 1st to Friday 5th June 2026, from 12:00 to 16:00.
