Acado Grenada Limited is seeking to recruit a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our Human Resources Department as an HR Officer.
Objective
The HR Officer supports the day-to-day delivery of key HR services, including employee records management, HR administration, and coordination of HR initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working across multiple priorities to ensure HR operations run smoothly.
Requirements and Skills
- Executive Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR administration/HR officer role (or a closely related role)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of HR functions and HR best practices
- Provide timely support for internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
- Assist with the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and general HR administration
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Manager
- Maintain, update, and file employee records (physical and electronic) accurately and confidentially
- Coordinate and support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
