Likewise, Iranian state media reported that two explosions were heard in the Suza area, on the island of Qeshm, located in the strategic Strait of Hormuz, a Key sea route for global oil transportation.
Trump described the military action as minor, without specifying when it occurred or providing details about the damage caused.
It is worth noting that The Wall Street Journal reported that the United States has maintained specific attacks against defense facilities on an Iranian island in recent weeks. The main objective of these operations would be to weaken the infrastructure that the Islamic Republic uses to maintain control over the Strait of Hormuz.
