ROME — “The entire football world thought it was too good to be true. But we can confirm that the magic is returning.” Ravenna FC, active in the Italian Serie C, the third professional level of football in Italy, wrote this down on Friday Instagram when announcing Ronaldinho’s return.
“The return is real. Ronaldinho returns on November 15. In yellow and red,” it was further noted. The 46-year-old football artist will then take part in the Serie C match against Forli, a regional rival from the competition. Ronaldinho played his last match in professional football in 2015. “It will be a historic day for the club and our fans,” said Ravenna.

The club previously announced the Brazilian. Now Ravenna and the player are making themselves heard again. Although Ronaldinho is officially registered with the club, it appears to be a one-off stunt. The iconic Brazilian still has about three weeks to get ready for the match. Ravenna is second in the rankings. Opponent Forli is fourteenth.
In 2002, Ronaldinho became world champion with Brazil, three years later he won the Ballon d’Or as a player for Barcelona. The Brazilian played his last official match on behalf of Fluminense in 2015.
