Dominykas Dirkstys remained the leader of the absolute ranking (“pound for pound” or evaluating the different weight categories of the fighters).
He knocked out Moldavian Alexandru Velenciuc at the “UTMA 18” tournament in Kaunas and recorded his 13th victory in this organization. D. Dirkstys, fighting in the weight category up to 90 kg, has 2 failures.
Sergey Masloboev (4-0) rose to the 2nd place in the absolute standings.
In the “UTMA 18” tournament, he beat Igna Pauliukevičius (6-1) by unanimous decision of the judges, who fell to the 5th place in the ranking after the first defeat of his career in this organization.
The fight between S. Maslobojev and I. Pauliukevičius took place in the weight category up to 95 kg. It is in this weight category that D. Dirkstys and S. Maslobojev will fight in autumn.
The top three of the ranking is completed by another Lithuanian name – Vitas Karos (7-4), who defended the UTMA championship belt (up to 67 kg).
Another UTMA champion, Serbian Nikola Cvetkovic (3-0, up to 75 kg), is now fourth, according to the organization.
Another foreigner – Israeli representative Ahavat Gordon (3-0, up to 63.5 kg) – debuts in the 6th position in the absolute UTMA ranking.
Raimondas Avlasevičius (4-1-1, up to 75 kg) fell to 7th, Raimondas Krilavičius (4-1, up to 77 kg) – to 8th, Dovydas Levickis (6-2, up to 63.5 kg) – to 10th, and the second debutant of the rating Evaldas Balsys (4-1, up to 67 kg) is ranked 9th.
Osvaldas Fedorovicius and Mantvydas Perednis dropped out of the top ten.
