The F15 Softball Cricket Tournament 4.0 rolled into Week 3 with exciting action over the weekend, featuring four matches, two on Saturday and two more on Sunday.
In Match number 7, RS Production Kombat Warriors won the toss and elected to bat, posting 78 runs all out in 14.3 overs.
Top scorers included Danroy Fergus with 17 runs and Lesroy Richards adding 14.
Spring Super Sixers responded strongly with the ball. Watson Seaton led the charge with 3 wickets for 21 runs in 3 overs, while Rikel Stapleton supported well with 3 wickets for 21 runs.
Chasing 79 for victory, Spring Super Sixers reached their target, finishing on 79 for 7 in 14.5 overs to secure a 3-wicket win.
Rikel Stapleton capped off a brilliant all-round performance with 24 runs, earning him Man of the Match honours.
For Kombat Warriors, Kamal Jackson picked up 3 wickets for 5 runs, while Romano Pierre claimed 2 for 13.
In Match number 8, BoSVG All Stars won the toss and chose to bat, posting an impressive 147 for 4 in their allotted 15 overs, on their way to a 30-run victory.
Asquith Mapp led the innings with a superb unbeaten 48, earning Man of the Match honours, while Kody Horne supported well with 34 runs.
For Spring Super Sixers, Rikel Stapleton and Damal Gould each claimed a wicket, finishing with figures of 1 for 24.
Chasing 148, Spring Super Sixers gave a good effort but ended on 117 for 5 in their 15 overs.
Akiel Mason stood out with an unbeaten 50 off 29 balls in a strong batting display.
With the ball, Kelly Murray impressed with 2 wickets for 16 runs in 2 overs, while Earl Pope added 1 for 8 in 3 overs, to help seal the win.
BoSVG All Stars secured a convincing 30-run victory.
In Match number 9, played on Sunday, Valley Boys won the toss and chose to bat, posting 66 for 5 in their 15 overs.
Lyndon Lewis led the scoring with 24 runs off 35 balls, with smaller contributions coming from the rest of the batting lineup.
For Dr. Thomas Injectors, Kentish Phillips delivered an excellent spell, finishing with 2 wickets for 9 runs in 3 overs, while Kevin Jack supported with 1 wicket for 11 runs in 2 overs.
In reply, Dr. Thomas Injectors made light work of the chase, reaching 68 for 4 in just 10.3 overs to secure a 6-wicket victory.
Wendel Corridon led the way with a composed 25 off 25 balls, guiding his team home.
With the ball for Valley Boys, Clinton Keir picked up 2 wickets for 13 runs in 2 overs, and Javon Jack added 1 wicket for 14 runs in 3 overs.
Dr. Thomas Injectors sealed a comfortable 6-wicket win in Match 9.
In Match number 10, also on Sunday, Richmond Hill United won the toss and chose to bat, but were bowled out for just 49 runs in 13 overs.
Marvin Harry top-scored with 13 runs from 10 balls.
Fairban United produced an outstanding bowling performance, led by Antonio Barker — “The Great One” — with remarkable figures of 4 wickets for 4 runs in 3 overs, while Chrisston Williams provided solid support with 2 wickets for 15 runs in 2 overs.
In response, Fairban United made light work of the chase, cruising to 50 for 1 in just 5.3 overs to secure a dominant 9-wicket victory.
Andrew Glasgow led the charge with a quick-fire 27 runs off 11 balls.
For Richmond Hill United, Collin Lee claimed the lone wicket, finishing with 1 for 7 in 3 overs.
A commanding all-round performance from Fairban United saw them cruise to a convincing 9-wicket win in Match 10.
