The director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, surrendered to the Kosovo Police initially, after SPAK declared her wanted.
It is learned from the sources that upon arriving at Pristina airport, Hyseni notified the authorities in Kosovo and was then escorted to the Albanian territory.
It is known that she came with a civilian vehicle to the borders, completed the procedures and crossed into Albanian territory in about half an hour.
