The first specialized prosecutor’s office of Cundinamarca, headed by Lina María Bermúdez, held the hearing to formulate the accusation against three brothers of Néstor Gregorio Vera Fernández, alias Iván Mordisco, head of the FARC dissidents.
These are José Manuel, Juan Gabriel, alias La Jota; and Andrés Vera Fernández, who are prosecuted for their participation in the homicide of a man and in the kidnapping and torture of two people, which occurred on January 17, 2026 in the municipality of El Peñón (Cundinamarca).

Although those involved did not accept charges, the brothers of ‘Mordisco’ They remain prisoners and are heavily guarded.
For the Prosecutor’s Office, Mordisco’s brothers would be part of an organization dedicated to the supply of equipment and material for administration and technology. and other elements that have been delivered to the Central General Staff of the FARC Dissidents.
Furthermore, they attribute kidnappings and extortions in that area of Cundinamarca and in municipalities of Tolima.
