According to the news of Bakhtar Agency; Panjshir Governor Hafiz Muhammad Agha Hakeem, local officials, teachers, academic staff, students, tribal philanthropists and hundreds of people participated in this program.
In his speech, the governor of Panjshir called the universities important centers of knowledge, thought and training and emphasized on strengthening the education of modern science, technique and technology along with Islamic education.
At the same time, the Minister of Higher Education encouraged the students for academics, professional education and the development of the country and asked them to respect the teachers and scholars and not to waste their time in useless activities.
Finally, a number of teachers and scholars also spoke about the value of knowledge and education and called the efforts of relevant institutions important in supporting academic and educational institutions.
