Zacatecas.- This Tuesday afternoon-night there was a strong fire that has consumed a large part of the wineries of Food for Wellbeinglocated in the capital of Zacatecasnear federal highway 45.
Among the first versions that state authorities have released, it is presumed that the fire got out of control, caused by a group of bean producerswho took over the facilities and in the afternoon began to burn tires.

Around 7:00 p.m., a strong fire and black smoke began to be reported in that area, so the different fire departments were deployed to try to contain it. put out the huge flames.
At 9:00 p.m., Rodrigo Reyes Mugüerzageneral secretary of the state government, reported through his social networks that around 4 in the afternoon, a first fire was recorded caused by a group of bean producers from Fresnillowho used gasoline drums and tires in the maneuvering yard.
However, he said that two hours later, the fire got out of control and spread to the warehouse of the Food for Wellbeing facility. (extinct Segalmex) and they immediately tried to control it so that it did not reach a gas station that is close to the place and protect the population of that area.
Faced with this emergency, he said that state and federal corporations and firefighters from different municipalities were deployed to contain this voracious fire that until that time of the report was already being controlled.

The state official said that, due to this serious event, the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) has initiated an investigation file, together with the State Prosecutor’s Office, to clarify the facts and find those responsible to apply the full rigor of the law.
He said that free demonstration is respected, but that the state government is speaking out against the use of violence and these methods of protest that put the population at risk.
After the violent events that caused the fire in the warehouses of Food for Wellbeing, The authorities have reported that the affected merchandise is greater than the 6 million pesosbut without counting the value of the warehouseswhich are insured by the federal government. There were no injuries or victims in any of the complexes.
Food for Wellbeing announced that the fire was caused by bean producers headed by local leaders linked to state politicians; In light of the events, the corresponding complaints to those responsible, both material and intellectual.
The institution reaffirms its commitment to not leave those found guilty unpunished.
