Lowmans Leeward man gunned down

LAST FRIDAY, July 24 while many people in the Lowmans Leeward area were getting ready for work and other early morning duties, a killer had a different type of thing planned.

And at approximately 6:40 a.m., after that killer had executed his mission, Amir “Miller” Roberts, a 30-year-old labourer of Lowman’s Leeward lay dead at the side of the road.

Roberts sustained several gunshot wounds about his body including in his head.

Roberts was walking along the Lowman’s Leeward public road when he was attacked and shot multiple times, going down in history as the 28th recorded homicide here for 2026 and the eighth person killed here in July so far.
