The Ministry of National Education has released the calendar for the process of transferring registered professors in the three educational levels and employees of educational institutions who are in the position of carrying out service, outside their employed administration, with the aim of enabling them to benefit from the state entry and exit measures for the next academic season 2026/2027, within the limits of vacant financial positions according to rank and subject.
Accordingly, the process officially began on Wednesday, July 22nd, starting with submitting transfer applications digitally, then passing through several stages, and concluding on the day the professors join their work institutions, a date that has not yet been determined.
Regarding the details, the Ministry highlighted the will in an announcement issued on July 21 of this month, that registered teachers in the three educational levels “primary, middle, and secondary,” and employees of educational institutions “heads of primary schools and heads of middle and high schools,” and those wishing to benefit from transfer measures outside the states, are obligated to follow eight operational procedures, which have been set by legal dates and deadlines and defined in precise and clear terms.
As the first operational procedure, the Ministry pointed out that those concerned are invited to take three steps, which are first to submit transfer requests outside their exclusively used administration through the space allocated to them within the information system of the sector’s digital floor, in addition to uploading documents proving the reason for the transfer request, as well as monitoring the information and verifying its authenticity, during the period from Wednesday, July 22nd, starting from three o’clock in the evening until Saturday, early Saturday, at midnight.
It is mandatory to confirm and authenticate applications in municipalities
During the same aforementioned time period, which extends over 11 days, teachers are also required to confirm the transfer request, by extracting the commitment document through the space allocated to them, signing it and ratifying it by the municipality’s departments, and then uploading it to the same electronic space as a second operational procedure.
In addition, teachers are obligated to implement a third operational procedure, which concerns ensuring the monitoring of information and verifying its authenticity, on Tuesday, August 4.
Publication of vacant positions and selection of schools starting August 3
In a fourth procedure, the information system of the digital floor of the sector publishes lists of vacant positions designated for state entry, according to the state, rank, subject, and educational institution, provided that professors requesting transfer are asked to view this list, choose the desired educational institutions and confirm them through the institution’s space, or directly cancel the transfer request in the event of a decline, starting next Sunday, August 3, until Wednesday, the 13th.
The information system will also publish and announce the results of the automated processing of requests for transfer outside the used department of the participating professors, via the digital space, so that those concerned can view them, starting from Monday, August 17, until Tuesday, the 10th of the same month, as a fifth operational measure.
Moreover, the period from next Sunday, August 23, until Thursday, the 27th, has been allocated to carry out two important operations, which are extracting “appointment decisions” for professors whose requests to transfer outside their employing department are accepted, and handing them copies of them.
As an eighth and final measure, the guardianship indicated that the employees of the administration of educational institutions are obligated to stay up and take full care to appoint the professors whose applications are accepted and to extract the appointment minutes from the information system of the digital floor, on the day that the ministry will determine and announce for the professors to join their work institutions after the end of the summer vacation.
