The Minister of Public Works said that Afghanistan and Turkmenistan have ancient trade and economic relations with each other and Afghanistan is grateful for the continuous cooperation of Turkmenistan.
Also in the review are the projects under work in the railway sector, which include the construction of the 10-kilometer Aqeena-Andakhoi railway, the development of Turghondai port and the construction of new facilities; There have been discussions about work progress, betterment of affairs and also the increase of transfers between the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, along with further development of economic and trade relations, the continuation and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in the field of transport and infrastructure projects was emphasized.
