The Parliamentary Group Andorra Andavant has registered 22 resolution proposals in the framework of the Political Orientation Debate, with measures linked to housing, health, the economy, education, security, immigration, the elderly, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, public administration, taxation, foreign investment, foreign policy and democratic quality.
Among the initiatives presented, the group proposes to facilitate access to the first home, make the program of public guarantees more flexible and automate rental assistance by crossing administrative data. It also proposes to promote multi-service residential communities for the elderly, with affordable housing and shared services to promote active ageing.
In the health field, Andorra Go ahead defend the implementation of the generalized third party payer so that patients do not have to advance the money for health benefits and wait for CASS reimbursement. The group also proposes to strengthen the resources of the operating rooms, evaluate the preferred route and extend the guarantees in telematic medical consultations.
The proposals also include the modernization of the Administration through the progressive implementation of artificial intelligencewith the aim of reducing bureaucracy, streamlining procedures, improving efficiency and reducing the cost of public services. In the economic field, the group proposes speed up the opening and closing of businesses, reform the system of self-employed workers, give tax incentives to companies that increase the lowest wages and study an exemption from personal income tax up to 40,000 euros per year.
Andorra Endavant also proposes to strengthen transparency on the foreign investment, improve the operational agility of the Police Force and strengthen the early detection of illegal immigration situations. In foreign policy, he advocates better protecting Andorran citizens living abroad and restoring Andorra’s international neutrality.
The parliamentary group it also includes among its proposals the call for a referendum on the association agreement with the European Union, the reinforcement of young people’s life skills, the guarantee of the informed consent of families in school questionnaires on sensitive content and the obligation for the Administration to comply with payment deadlines to companies.
Andorra Go ahead establish a stable system for monitoring the rresolutions approved by the General Council. The group defends that the proposals are concrete and applicable measures to improve citizens’ quality of life, modernize the Administration, strengthen public services, boost the economy and guarantee a more efficient management of public resources.
