The National Agency for the Fight against Illiteracy (ANLCA) launched a capacity building session for trainers on Monday in Dakhla, organized by the Training Institute for Careers in the Fight against Illiteracy (IFMA). Held in a hybrid mode combining face-to-face and distance learning, this session benefits 15 participants representing the Laâyoune Regional Center for Education and Training Professions and the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs. Speaking on this occasion, the director of the ANLCA, Abdelouadoud Kharbouch, underlined the importance of the partnership with the Regional Academies of Education and Training (AREF) and the Regional Centers for Education and Training Professions (CRMEF) in the implementation of capacity building programs for players in the sector. Mr. Kharbouch highlighted the role of the CRMEF of Dakhla-Oued Eddahab, which he described as a skills center with recognized expertise in the areas of face-to-face, distance and hybrid training, welcoming its contribution to supporting projects carried out in the field of education and training. He also noted the convergence of the missions of the IFMA and the CRMEF in terms of the qualification of human resources and the professionalization of those involved in programs to combat illiteracy.
