If city swimming pools mean crowds, queues and a fight for a sunbed as early as nine in the morning, more and more people from Belgrade are choosing private complexes in the city’s surroundings. They offer a different concept of summer: decorated beaches, music, deckchairs in the shade and the feeling of a mini-vacation without going to the sea.
Private swimming pools around Belgrade in the last few years have become a small summer “resort” system — but still available for a day’s escape from the city.
Diamond Garden (Zrenjanin street) – luxury beach club concept
One of the most famous private complexes in the vicinity of Belgrade is Diamond Garden, which functions as a beach club with swimming pools and a landscaped beach.

Horizont (Surduk, Danube) – natural environment 40 minutes from the city
The Horizont pools are located in the direction of the Danube and are known for their combination of pools, nature and a relaxed “weekend resort” vibe.
Prices: day ticket on weekdays 1,400 dinars, and on weekends 1,700 dinars

For those who want more than a classic pool, Hollywoodland is a combination of aqua park, spa and summer fun.
Ticket prices: 1,200 dinars on weekdays and 1,500 dinars on weekends
This is more of a family variant, but also an option for those who want an “all-in-one” day with swimming pools and wellness facilities.
