Amadeo Javier Flores Carcagno has a master’s degree in National Development and Defense, a doctoral candidate in Development and Strategic Security and has specializations in Constitutional Law, International Law and Public Management.
He has held the position of head of the Ministerial Office of the Ministry of Defense, and was an advisor to the second office of the Ministry of Defense.
