The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice during the period from June 14 to June 18, 2026 amounted to 545 million 320 thousand and 609 Qatari riyals.
The total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to 50 million and 972 thousand and 932 Qatari riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, and residential units.
The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor Al Thakhira, Al Shamal, and Al Sheehaniya, and in the areas of Lusail 69, Pearl Island, Al Kharaij, Al Wukair, and Ghar Thuaileb.
