In a world marked by “wars, terrorism, human trafficking and widespread aggression”, it is particularly important that child victims of trafficking “experience a culture of life, dialogue and mutual respect”. For this reason the Holy See underlines “the importance of prevention, protection, liberation and rehabilitation” of these minors.
