The state concern “Türkmenhimiýa” has announced an international tender for the purchase of electrical equipment, spare parts and consumables for the Türkmenturba plant.
To participate in the competitive selection, companies must contact the concern’s procurement department at the following address: Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 132, Industrial Complex of Turkmenistan, 4th floor, office No. 419. There, participants will be able to submit a written application, review the tender documentation, and receive lot specifications and technical requirements.
The cost of the tender documentation package is 500 USD per lot (excluding VAT and bank charges). Companies registered in offshore jurisdictions or holding bank accounts in such jurisdictions are not eligible to participate.
Bids will be accepted within 30 business days of the announcement’s publication, until 17:00 local time on the final day of the submission period. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered.
Proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: the first containing technical specifications and terms, and the second containing the commercial proposal. Each package must include a scanned copy of all documents in PDF format, as well as an Excel spreadsheet.
