Doha – Qena:
The Ministry of Interior announced that the number of people injured in the accident that occurred in a factory in the Ras Laffan Industrial Area reached 54 people.
The Ministry explained, in a post on its official account on the /X/ platform, that the Qatari International Search and Rescue Group affiliated with the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), in cooperation with the Civil Defense teams, is currently conducting searches for 18 missing persons.
The Ministry of Interior had previously indicated that the accident resulted from a technical malfunction during operation, without any leakage occurring that would pose a threat to the safety of individuals.
