A reinforced transport plan
ONCF plans the scheduling of 237 trains per day, with increased services on the main lines of the network and to the most popular destinations, reports the same source.
This system will ensure that travelers better availability of places, as well as comfort conditions adapted to the expected exceptional crowds.
The Al Boraq offer will be ensured by the circulation of 30 trains per day, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., guaranteeing an hourly rate between Tangier, Kenitra, Rabat and Casablanca, with the strengthening of the capacity of seats offered in busy slots.
For the Al Atlas trains70 trains will run daily to respond to the expected increase in summer travel and to ensure service to several destinations across the Kingdom. The offer will also be strengthened on long-distance night connections on the Tangier-Oujda route. Furthermore, additional trains will be planned on the Safi-Benguerir axis to better meet the mobility needs of travelers.
Serving Mohammed V Airport by Rapid Shuttle Trains (TNR) will be provided by 36 daily trains, providing connections to and from Casablanca at a rate of one train per hour, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The usual offer will also be maintained on the Casablanca-Rabat-Kénitra, Casablanca-Settat and Casablanca-El Jadida routes, guaranteeing continuity of service and smooth travel.
Targeted pricing offers accessible to all
ONCF is launching a range of offers adapted to the needs of different categories of travelers. Thus, 250,000 tickets YALLA AL ATLAS will be offered at the promotional rate of 49 DH, subject to a reservation made in advance.
THE SAYFI Pass100% digital, is aimed at all travelers. It offers 30% off and allows you to benefit from 10 trips on Al Boraq, Al Atlas and TNR trains outside peak hours.
The Ahlan Family offer is intended for MREs and their families. It allows you to benefit from a 30% reduction as well as free admission for children. It is valid from the stations of Mohammed V airport, Tangier and Marrakech to all cities in the Kingdom.
At the same time, a new Map 31-59 years will be put in place to offer this age group a 15% reduction on Al Boraq and Al Atlas tickets.
And as part of the Group Offer, discounts up to 25% will be granted to group travelers.
Furthermore, and thanks to the establishment of various partnerships, the ONCF customers will be able to benefit, on presentation of their transport tickets, from reductions of up to 30% at Rabat Zoological Parklocated near Rabat Riad station, as well as on the Train + Auto service.
Customer support and assistance
The ONCF is implementing a reinforced reception, assistance and guidance system for travelersboth in stations and on board trains.
At the same time, the technical teams will be fully mobilized, continuously 24/7, in order to guarantee the fluidity of traffic and the quality of service.
To better plan their trips, the ONCF invites its customers to find out before their trip, to opt for return tickets and to favor the advance purchase of tickets via digital and remote channels in order to avoid queues at stations. Tickets are also available at stations, from ticket offices, or from the agencies of local sales partners, as well as at Ticket Vending Machines (DAT).
