Parliament’s reaction to the death threat against doctors/insulting the president should be followed up

According to the online economy report, quoted by ISNA, Hamidreza Godarzi, in response to the threat of the president by a madah, said: Considering that we are in a very sensitive situation, we should all defend the orders of the Supreme Leader, the government and the Supreme National Security Council as the pillars of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The approvals of the Supreme National Security Council are equal to the approvals of the Parliament

He reminded: the approvals of the Supreme National Security Council are equal to the approvals of the Islamic Council, a clear example of which happened during the Corona period. At that time, in order to shorten the decision-making process, some issues such as imposing restrictions on the Supreme National Security Council were approved. At that time, I participated in some of these meetings as the deputy governor.

Pointing to the importance of the Supreme National Security Council, Godarzi said: According to the president, this resolution (Iran-US understanding) was approved by the majority of votes in the Supreme National Security Council.

Emphasizing that we should all support the Supreme National Security Council and the president’s decision regarding the understanding, he said: Of course, there are concerns and we have no trust in the Americans. The Americans have broken their promise many times in the past years; Whether in the JCPOA or in other agreements and meetings, therefore, there is no trust in America, and it is America that must gain the trust of the Iranian people.

Speeches should not be such as to give the wrong message to the enemy

In response to some criticisms of the understanding between Iran and the United States, he said: Some people raise criticisms and debates out of sympathy, but we hope that our speech, behavior and actions will not be such that we give the wrong message and code to the hostile countries, including the United States, the Zionist regime, and other countries that are committed to the destruction of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Gudarzi stated: We in the country should move around one axis and maintain unity, unity and cohesion based on the orders of the Supreme Leader. We must prevent any action that harms national unity.

People do not move ahead of the leadership

In the end, he said: We expect the institutions in charge to follow up on this issue, and we, as members of parliament, expect the same from the responsible institutions. Insulting a praiser to the president was not the right thing to do and we should not witness such behavior and people move ahead of the leadership.
