With this result, the two teams raised their score to one point each, sharing third place in Group A, behind leaders Mexico and South Korea with three points for each team, awaiting the upcoming confrontation that will bring together the latter two at dawn today in order to take the lead.
This result keeps the South African team’s hopes alive in the competition for qualification, although its next task will not be easy against the Korean “Sammon”.
