In a statement received by Bakhtar News Agency, it is stated that the Minister of Art and Culture has called Ustad Samim one of the unique scientific and cultural beings in the country and wished him to do more research, write and explore in the field of Afghan culture.
Maulvi Azizi has also consulted with Ustad Samim on some issues in order to improve the cultural affairs.
Ustad Samim also thanked the leadership of the Ministry of Information and Culture, who asked him about the situation from time to time and consulted him on cultural issues.
Last week, the officials of the Ministry of Information and Culture asked about the well-known researcher, historian and writer of the country, Ustad Habibullah Rafi, and praised his services.
