It is extremely difficult to become an actor in Croatia. To begin with, enrolling in the Academy of Dramatic Arts is difficult, and then the entire process of completing the five-year education. Quite a few talented young people give up at the first step, when enrolling, while some get lost in their studies. It’s not easy, sometimes there are rehearsals, lectures and workshops from morning until tomorrow, but in a conversation with three protagonists from that not-so-easy world of acting, who wanted to remain anonymous, we learned that today the structure of work and organization at the academy has improved considerably, where mental health, which is a growing problem in the modern world, is much more nurtured.
