In the village of Lutorizh near Rzeszów, the remains of 32 unborn children were discovered on a plot of land that previously belonged to a doctor.
Pathomorphologist Magdaleni G. should announce suspicion of exposing human remains and improper handling of medical materials, reports Gazeta Wyborcza.
The human remains were found by an excavator operator who was preparing a plot of land for the construction of new houses. The work was immediately stopped.
Excavations are currently underway in this area. The police have already discovered 32 fruits that were buried at different depths, as well as fragments of documentation and medical materials.
The found remains were transported to the morgue, where they will be examined by experts. Only after that it will be possible to determine how long the fruits have been in the ground.
With the help of ground-penetrating radar and a specially trained dog, investigators will also check nearby areas to make sure there are no other bodies buried there.
57-year-old Magdalena G. worked as a pathomorphologist (that is, examined tissues and cells to establish diagnoses) in hospital #2 in Rzeszów. The woman explained that she took dead fetuses from the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic to study them.
“The woman claims that she conducted medical research on them. She was supposed to do it at home. When she finished the tests, she put the bodies in bags and buried them on her plot. There was a house on the territory at the time, in which no one lived.”– reported Radio Eska.
Magdalena G. was detained on June 12 in the Zamostya district. She was supposed to be interrogated on June 13, but the woman complained of not feeling well, so she was taken to the hospital. Later, the suspect was returned to the prosecutor’s office.
According to the most serious article (improper handling of medical materials), the doctor faces up to 12 years in prison. Currently, the prosecutor’s office is checking whether they are involved in the burial of the fruits.
We will remind, earlier in Poland they found a woman who She did not leave her apartment for 27 years.
