Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, received Major General Adel Abdullah Amin, Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, on the occasion of the Human Resources Department at the Ministry of Interior winning the International Continuous Improvement Award (Global!Continual!Improvement!Award2025) in the “Happiness and Participation” category, within the Dubai Quality Group Awards in the United Arab Emirates.
During the meeting, he congratulated the employees of the Human Resources Department on this distinguished international achievement, praising the efforts made that contributed to achieving this victory, stressing that this achievement reflects the success of the Ministry of Interior in establishing a culture of institutional excellence and adopting the best administrative practices that contribute to enhancing a positive work environment and achieving sustainable development.
He stressed that what has been achieved is a translation of the vision and directives of General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of the Interior, which aims to invest in the human element and develop the work environment, in a way that enhances performance levels and institutional efficiency, and supports the process of modernization and continuous development in the various sectors of the ministry.
The award is a prestigious global platform for exchanging experiences and reviewing best practices and successful experiences in the fields of innovation and continuous improvement, with the participation of an elite group of experts and specialists from various countries of the world.
For his part, Major General Adel Abdullah Amin, Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, confirmed that winning this award represents the culmination of the efforts made by the Human Resources Department in adopting development initiatives and qualitative programs aimed at enhancing job happiness and establishing a culture of participation and innovation, which reflects positively on institutional performance and the quality of services provided.
