The branch rapporteur added: In a special statement to “The Seventh Day” that this comes within the framework of the protocol signed between the Civil Status Authority and the National Council for Women, in issuing national identification cards for women with breadwinners and for women who are unable to do so and girls, free of charge, within the “Your Card, Your Rights” project, in the various centers and villages of the governorate, and out of the Council’s keenness to help women prove their presence and the resulting access to government services and job opportunities, in coordination with civil status in the Eastern Province, within the civil registries and from the villages that have benefited from the number services.
