We compiled the ranking on the basis of non-consolidated data, i.e. the operations of individual companies and not groups. We have included companies for which Ajpes has already disclosed last year’s business data. Petrol remains at the top, whose revenues decreased by seven percent, so that they amounted to 4.4 billion euros. The entire group, however, compensated for the decline, which occurred with sales to customers in Slovenia and with the wholesale of oil derivatives in Western Europe, with higher sales in other Balkan countries. Petrol Group’s revenues increased by half a percent last year. The dominance of energy traders at the top of the list of the largest companies is decreasing, as their revenues are decreasing due to lower energy prices and more competitive conditions on European markets.
