Xiaomi could significantly improve one of its most unusual details on the future Xiaomi 18 Pro model.
According to a well-known whistleblower from the Weibo network, the successor to the Xiaomi 17 Pro model (on the cover photo) will have a screen on the back with a diagonal of as much as four inches, reports b92.
In comparison, the current model uses a 2.7-inch screen. In addition to the larger diagonal, greater brightness, higher resolution and better pixel density are expected, the Phone Arena website reports.
Allegedly, the screen will have large rounded corners, while it is also mentioned that Xiaomi will include a privacy protection function similar to the one on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra model.
The Xiaomi 18 series, including the 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max models, should be presented during September.
According to rumors, the Pro versions will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chip, while the base model could use a standard version of the same processor.
