The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) released the Official photograph of the National Team that will represent Portugal in the 2026 World Cupin an image that brings together the 27 players called up by Roberto Martínezas well as the entire technical structure that will accompany the quinas team throughout the competition.
The family image, made public this Thursday, June 11th, symbolizes the start of the Portuguese journey towards the World Cup, in a historic edition of the competition that will be held in three host countries — Canada, United States and Mexico — and will feature an expanded format of participating teams.
Among the most famous faces present in the photograph, the following stand out: Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Bernardo Silva, Rafael Leão and Rúben Diasin a call that combines international experience with a new generation of talents, such as João Neves, Francisco Conceição, Tomás Araújo or Nuno Mendes.
In the front row of the official photograph appear Francisco Conceição, Nuno Mendes, João Félix, João Cancelo, Bernardo Silva, Vitinha, Gonçalo Guedes, João Neves and Pedro Neto. In the second row are Matheus Nunes, Tomás Araújo, Diogo Dalot, Bruno Fernandes, Roberto Martínez, Rúben Neves, Nélson Semedo, Gonçalo Ramos and Francisco Trincão. In the third row, goalkeepers José Sá, Ricardo Velho, Diogo Costa and Rui Silva appear, accompanied by Renato Veiga, Samu Costa, Rúben Dias, Cristiano Ronaldo, Rafael Leão and Gonçalo Inácio.
The presence of the national coach at the center of the composition reinforces Roberto Martínez’s leadership in a decisive phase of Portugal’s preparation for the biggest competition in world footballwhere Portugal will try to assert itself among the candidates for the title.
