Mindaugas started checking who was interested in him for personal reasons, when a lawyer himself was interested in him during one of the cases. From RC, the man received a detailed statement of who and when RC checked the information about his real estate.
Most of the questions were raised by the fact that several institutions checked his data many times and even at night.
Here is the public institution Construction Sector Development Agency was interested in it as many as 34 times in 2025. He did this in the period from 07/08/2025 to 12/03/2025. At least a third of these actions were carried out at night and in the morning, so it surprised Mindaugas.
“The construction sector development agency was interested in me as many as 34 times during the year 2025 – from July 8 to December 3. I want to know for what purpose they collected them and whether they were interested in my data at all,” said the man.
Vilnius city municipality Mindaugas collected data from RC in 2021 and 2024 – even 6 times in 2024 the data was checked in the evening and at night.
“I still don’t understand why the administration of the Vilnius city municipality searched my data 14 times. Four of them in 2021, and 10 times in 2024. For example, it was checked once at 9:23 a.m. Everything is clear, during work, but on the same day my data is also accessed at 9:10 p.m. Maybe someone is working at home at 10 p.m.?”, he wondered.
