Within the SPAK mega-operation where 20 arrest warrants were issued against money laundering and drug trafficking, 138 million euros were also seized from the accounts of the company “Albanian Land Development”, owned by businessman Redi Struga.

According to the sources, it turns out that the businessman Artur Shehu, wanted by SPAK, has sold properties to this company, while the investigations are ongoing to clarify the transactions completely.
Shehu has been in the USA since 1999, where he received political asylum, since during his time in Albania he had a rivalry with Zani Çaushi’s gang in Vlorë. Shehu is also connected with the currently debatable property of Zvrnec where Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are expected to invest, through a company from Qatar.
Meanwhile, it is learned that assets related to other persons have also been seized. Specifically, the properties of Erion and Adrian Ramaj, nephews of Fatmir Rama, known as “Miri i Xhike”, killed in the early 2000s, have been seized.
