Damascus, June 11 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa received on Thursday a delegation of community leaders and dignitaries from the Damascus Countryside in the presence of Governor Amer al-Sheikh.
During the meeting, the participants discussed a number of service and development-related issues, including the education, agriculture and investment sectors, as well as ways to support local crafts and industries.
President al-Sharaa also outlined the Syrian state’s plans and vision for the reconstruction and development phase, stressing the importance of maintaining direct communication with the Syrian people and listening to their needs, concerns and proposals.
