Launching the 2030 Board of Grievances system to chart the features of the next phase of the administrative judiciary
Today, His Excellency the President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Uhaidib, launched the Board of Grievances 2030 system for leadership and maximizing impact, following its approval by the Administrative Judicial Council in its session held yesterday, as an integrated strategic framework that embodies the vision of the Board of Grievances, its development programs, and its future goals, and outlines the methodology of judicial and administrative work in the various administrative judiciary facilities in the regions of the Kingdom.
The system’s vision is directed towards consolidating leadership in the administrative judiciary and maximizing its impact in promoting the values of justice, independence and transparency, based on main axes that include governance, institutional excellence, innovation and effective communication, in addition to employing emerging technologies and enhancing organizational and financial sustainability. In a way that contributes to developing the work system, raising its efficiency, and achieving its future goals.
The system aims to raise beneficiaries’ satisfaction with services, litigation procedures and techniques, develop judicial systems and procedures, enable modern technologies, and develop human and judicial capabilities, in a way that enhances performance efficiency and raises the quality of outputs. As an extension of the institutional development process at the Board of Grievances, where an elite group of experts and specialists in the fields of judiciary, technology, entrepreneurship and resources contributed to its preparation. This enhances the status of the Board of Grievances and confirms its presence regionally and internationally.
