One of the representatives who spoke at the protest podium this evening, on its 11th day, was also a blind man.
As he congratulated the Albanian citizens for this massive popular protest and unification, he appealed not to divide and surrender, but to continue until the end, listing the injustices of the government and politics in 35 years.
“This government has finished its mandate. Politics has lost the right to run it after 35 years”, he said, among other things.
He further appealed to all those present to remain united, as Albania did not belong to this failed policy, but to the Albanians.
“We are together, they can no longer lead. Together, the people, let’s force the government so that all Albanians live free. May God bless Albania and your families. Remember, Albania belongs to us and not to those in politics,” he said.
In the end, he emphasized that this popular hurricane would overthrow this political system.
“This powerful hurricane will overturn this situation and return power to the freedom of the people”, he concluded.
