The specified guarantee consists of ready funds in the amount of 55,000 euros, in Denar countervalue in favor of RS Macedonia, and which amount is deposited as a guarantee for ensuring the presence of the suspect in the further course of the procedure – say the Criminal Court, which was waiting for the opinion of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The prosecutor’s office gave a positive opinion and there is no longer a right to appeal from any of the parties, so Bogoev was immediately released from Shutka.
Precautionary measures are imposed on Bogoev, that is, his passport is confiscated and he is forbidden to cross the state border. – If the suspect does not comply with the specified precautionary measure, the court can determine other stricter measures to ensure presence – the court said.
