The Broad Front bench (FA) in the Chamber of Deputies announced that this Monday it was “closed” the investigative commission that deals with alleged irregularities regarding the purchase of the National Colonization Institute (INC) of the María Dolores stay.

After this meeting, the president of the researcher, FA deputy Sebastián Valdomir, referred to the issue at a press conference, ensuring that “the investigative commission was closed” and pointed out that now the issue passes with its final reports “to the plenary session of Deputies”where the ruling party does not have the majorities.
After this and regarding the purchase of María Dolores, he said that this was done following what was framed “within the programs and priorities of the current government”.
“These 4 thousand hectares that were delivered in María Dolores are added to another 6 thousand that have already been delivered and purchased by the INC during this period. There are already more than 1,600 hectares that are being deeded by the INC and that leaves us calm because It is noted that a government commitment that was endorsed by citizens in the last elections is being fulfilled.“, held.
After this, he pointed out regarding the topic that “There is a long way to go”although at the parliamentary level, he reiterated, “closes a period of work that was rich” where they were nourished “lots of information” and where they could “ask all the questions and clarify all the doubts that we thought were pertinent”.
“We understand that we have a report to present as the official party. We have not entered into specific negotiations with any other bloc, any other party,” he later noted regarding the final report on the matter.
